What does a highly advanced civilization have to do to get noticed around here?

After years of trying to make contact through crop circles, flashing lights, and cryptic signals, aliens finally figure it out. They build a Squarespace website.

Hello Down There is Squarespace’s 2024 Super Bowl campaign, directed by Martin Scorsese. It reimagines the classic alien story with a modern twist. The visitors aren’t here to invade or abduct. They’re just trying to get our attention. And in a world consumed by screens, the only thing we notice anymore is a great website.

The campaign launched with a 30-second Super Bowl spot and expanded into a longer director’s cut, a behind-the-scenes film, social content, a bespoke landing experience, wild postings, and a limited-edition template for anyone looking to make first contact with their audience.
